Detailed Job Description

Sales Operations and Account management

- Work closely with line manager and business partners to ensure efficiency in retail operations

- Regular store visits

- Close monitoring and communication with the retail network regarding Furniture, Merchandise, Stock Control & VM issue etc.

- Assist with coordination of GWPs and promotional needs

Sales Monitoring

- Consolidate Monthly sales from business partners

- Seasonal OTB: gather sales projection and seasonal OTB from business partners prior to every buy

Coaching and Training

- Identify training needs from stores and customize training contents to improve staff’s knowledge and performance.

Aftersales

- Assist line manager to execute a seamless aftersales process

- Investigate and resolve non-routine customer/consumer complaints

New store openings

- Coordinate with the respective departments to ensure smooth opening of stores in China

- Event support (if necessary): on-site setup, hosting and evaluate results of events

- Facilitate the execution of brand events (e.g. product launch, promotion events)

Other Ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile:

- Strong interest in Fashion and Retail

- Enjoys interaction with retail team

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Experienced working with multiple business partners

- Travel Retail background preferred

- Software knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint

- Bilingual : Fluent Mandarin and English

- Preferred: Someone who has experience in Retail operations/ shopfloor experience
