Job Description
Operations Manager 营运经理
Major Responsibilities:
Take charge for stores daily operationsstores in regional
负责管理区域内店铺营业销售和日常运营
Improve and maintain the current operation system to meet management's expectation 修改并完善现运营体系以适应不同时期下对店铺管理的需求
Base on the data and fact, work out standards for monthly store targets stafBase on the data and fact
以数据为支持，结合实际制定每月店铺各项目标及人员绩效考核的准为支持，
Periodical performance review, store visit and routine meeting, summarize the operations flaws plans
回顾每月业绩、定期巡视店铺及组织日常例会，找到回顾每月业绩、并汇报上级领导现有店铺问题提供相应解决方案
Ensure the stores monthly targets (including but not limited to sales performance /staff turnover rate and stores monthly targets achievedetc..)
跟进每月店铺的各项指标情况（包括但不限于销售业绩、人员离职率等）
Allocate relevant jobs to the subordinates and coach them ensure retail operations a fficiency
协调区域主管及其他下级的工作，在必要时刻给予帮助所需培训以促进顺利并高效开展 及其他下级的工作
Coordinate with other departments including HR/Product/Display/Training and etc., to achieve a better Coordinate with other departments including沟通协调公司其他业务支持部门（包括人力资源 沟通协调公司其他业务支持部门,以确保营运体系流 培训等），促进公司增长目标 畅运行、

Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or above, Business related major preferred.
拥有学士位以上历，管理类相关专业 优先
Five years or above retail management experience,background preferredindustry background preferred
五年以上零售行业管理经验优先
Passionate for retails, capable to work under pressure and embrace challenges with positive mindset results result oriented and able to deliver
