- 制定及实施店铺运营及管理的总体战略性计划
Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management
- 带领团队管理店铺的日常运营,确保销售目标的达成
Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations, ensure sales target is achieved
- 管理并激励员工随时提供优质的产品演示及客户服务
Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times
客户服务 Customer Service
- 提供优质的客户服务,时刻维持店铺的形象
Ensure mooth execution of services taken places at shop and maintain the brand image at shop level
- 使用专业的技巧为顾客解答或提供品牌及产品的相关信息
Handle customers' enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality

岗位要求:
Requirements:
- 管理或相关本科学历以上,零售经验丰富
Degree holder in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations
- 有过往高端或奢侈品行业管理经验优先
Managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
- 出色的客户服务意识及积极的管理方式
Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers
- 积极进取的达成店铺销售,责任感强
Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented
- 优秀的沟通能力和出色的顾客服务意识
Strong communications and excellent customer service skills
- 英语读写能力佳,精通电脑系统操作
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in computer skills
