· responsible for store MTM project;
承担店铺定制服务；
· monitoring sales target to budget/forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
跟踪日/周/月的销售目标；
· monitoring all expenses and costs within the store in order to achieve positive store contribution and be in line with the set budget;
跟踪店铺费用及成本，良好地控制利用在预算线内；
· pushing ongoing growth of the store's turnover;
推动店铺营业额持续增长；
· identifying store investments and making appropriate suggestion;
确认店铺投入，给出适当建议；
· managing store operations: replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc.
管理店铺运营，补充货品，定期及年终盘点，视觉陈列等；
· ongoing control of store security, compliance with procedures;
保证店铺安全，遵循程序；
· training and developing the shop staffs in order to achieve best business results and acting as their mentor;
作为导师培训及发展店铺员工以实现最理想运营；
· managing daily administration tasks and reporting;
管理日常行政事务和制作相应报告；
· any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
